Shroooooom ^-^

Mwahaha! Look! I actually did something sorta in accordance with the title! Bet you didn't think I would do that, huh? =^_^=

I like mushrooms, and then I like playing with pictures. I ain't no photographer, but I don't mind, that's not my calling anyways. I love to write but have been sadly lacking in it, and no body read my zombie buzz post! **cries** it was so epic and wonderful...jk! ;) I like it and how I wrote it, it sorta creeps me out though, but that's only the first part and the creepiness could probably be over looked because of grammar errors or something like that. I know! I shall now force you all to read it! (jk, if you don't want to read it you don't have to even if it is going to be on this blog post, it's quite easy to just skip over things, yah know?)

A little note, my main protaganist is a guy named Dane, only he doesn't seem like a guy at first, because he's stuck in the body of a little boy. Now you might think that I'm throwing fantasy into this, but I'm not, he has a special condition known as Hypopituitarism. One of the things that this physical disorder causes, is lack of physical growth. Meaning some one could be like 30 something years old and still look like a child if they had this.

If you're wondering for more reference, there's this horror movie. (I've never seen it and don't want to see it and I do not recomend it) But the movie is called Orphan, and the main creepy part of the movie is this 11 year old girl named Esther, who in the end is found out to not be 11 at all but actually a woman of 33. But, she has hypopituitarism, which has stunted her physical growth, making it seem as if she is forever a child. Anywho, enough about the creepy movie. I only mentioned it to point out that I was not just randomly grabbing bits of fantasy.

Google the word if you want too, it's a 100% real thing. Some cases are more severe and saddening. Like, I found this youtube vid of a 28 year old who had this disorder but still looked like she was about I think 11 months old? Now that was sad and I'm not trying to twist or make fun of or further horrify people with this condition. But, this is my story and my main protagonist has this syndrome, and looks like a 9 year old boy. And that is all. (please read and tell me what you think!!!! o.o) Please?

(it's only a temporary title and the reason it's linked is because I got the name idea from a song by Skillet, it's actually a good song and not really depressing like my story sorta is, it's cool and I feel epic, the song that is. ^-^)

Dane looked down with empty soulless eyes. His target had been destroyed, and it hadn't been his doing. He slanted his eyes in disgust at the desecrated pile of what had once been something....no, not something, it had once been someone, then it had turned into something. Now? Now it was barely fit to be considered existing.

Dane sighed, only out of tiredness though. He was always tired, so tired. But, what was he to do? It didn't matter. He had to fix this mess he was in. He hadn’t been able to stop this depraved thing from happening, so now he had to stop it from continuing. He turned and walked away from the pile of unknown ashes or whatever had happened to the thing.

He was tired, his small body ached, and his mind screamed for rest. But it didn't matter what he wanted, it stopped mattering a long time ago. He looked at his small hand; it was no more than a child's. He clenched the small hand into a fist and walked on, ignoring the broken glass that lay on the path, that had once been able to be called a street. He didn't want to look at his reflection; it wasn't like anything ever changed anyways. It was always the same; a small body, belonging to that of a child, and eyes still seemingly large and wide, as if innocence could still exist within them. But it was all a lie. His body never changed, and it never would. Until the day he died, he would be stuck in this form. He had forgotten long ago what it was called, the reason why his body did not grow or become more. He had lived almost long enough to have a grandchild. But still the wide slate grey eyes haunted him, with the dirt and grime darkened locks falling in ragged clumps about his for head and ears, framing his young nine year old face. The only thing that showed his true form was the age in his eyes...

His body went rigid as his hyper sensitive instincts suddenly kicked in. He dropped to the ground and rolled to the right. Half way back to a standing position, he whipped out a pistol from a hidden holster and shot off a rapid round of fire. He didn't stop to look and see if his target had been taken down. Just as fast as he had taken out his gun he whipped out a blade, it shone with a cold light and sliced as if it had been fresh off the whetting stone.

In the time it takes you to blink twice, Dane had sliced and destroyed his assailant. Blood, half blackened, had splattered on his face and now was dripping off of his blade hand. An indescribable corpse lay at his feet. If one were to examine it close enough, one would find that it had once been what would be called human. But L.I.F.E had gotten to it. Lester's. Inphobic. Frantic. Eccles.
Mindless living dead that was in no way predictable like the zombies of kids fighter games or off of horror movies. It didn’t all just want to eat brains or mindless killing. Anything and everything that they did was erratic, and it always ended up in death. Either of an innocent or another LIFE mind.

Dane stiffened, but it was too late, the next thing he knew he felt a tear in the flesh of his shoulder and he was flying across the room. His head hit the wall with a crack. He felt a sudden warm trickle start crawling across his scalp, and heard the roaring sound of his blood rushing in his ears. He sat up and blinked his eyes rapidly, willing them to refocus on his unknown assailant. His heart was beating wildly and his body wasn't responding fast enough for his liking. So, without hesitation, he brought up a second pistol, squeezed his eyes shut, prayed for a lucky shot and.....pulled the trigger.

“What was that?” Kelsey shared a frightened and confused look with her partner. A shot had just been fired, and she didn’t know where it had come from. Last thing she knew, this part of the city had been completely devoid of proper human life. All the ones who had not contracted the disease had been safely evacuated to sanitary safe houses across the nation.

Kelsey bit her lip and fought back tears at the thought of how far this calamity had spread. Just two weeks ago it had been isolated to just a small handful of states, but it hadn’t taken long for the weird LIFE strain to get loose and set the whole country in pieces. Millions had died, and millions were still roving the abandoned places, infected. Sadly, it was only proper to say that thousands were the surviving numbers.

But back to the mystery at present, the gun shot. Where had it come from? And who could have set it off? Kelsey shared another look with her partner, Cale. He had large hazel eyes and a shaggy mop of reddish brown hair crowning his head. He was only in his mid-twenties, but the half haunted look in his eyes made him seem much older. He shrugged his shoulders slowly, as if in response to her unspoken question. Should they check it out or continue on their way? For all the new it was some not completely lost LIFE mind trying to kill itself, or someone else. But, then again, it could be a person in trouble.

Going against the instinct to save herself, Kelsey decided to head in the direction of the shot. She wouldn’t be able to live with herself if she just walked (drove) away and she could’ve helped. Carefully maneuvering her Yaris on the debris filled streets, she made her way to approximately half a block from the direction she had heard the shot come from.

“You sure you’re ok with this?” She asked, turning once more to Cale. He nodded silently and got out of the car, reaching behind the seat and grabbing his sword before closing the door. Kelsey took a breath to steady herself, grabbed her 30mm, and followed Cale’s lead. Moving cautiously, they made their way forward, an old, decrepit looking building looming up in front of them. It had once been what looked like a butcher’s shop? Kelsey wasn’t sure, all she knew was that there was what looked like a few bullet holes in the front glass of the shop. Sure, it was a wild shot, but she had to check there first.

Cale and her moved as one, both ready to protect each other’s fronts and backs. Senses on fire, they jumped through the open door way of the shop, and froze. Kelsey had to stifle a scream of shock, the only sound from Cale though, was a sharp intake of breath.

There, against the far wall, slumped on the floor, was a child, with a LIFE mind slumped across his legs. Without thinking, Kelsey ran to his side, with Cale hard on her heels.

“Leave him,” Kelsey looked up sharply at Cale who was eye the LIFE corpses warily.

“How can you just stand there and say that? He’s a child!” she glared at him and proceeded to check the little boy’s life signs.

“What do you mean, how can I say that? For all we know he could be infected now. Frankly, the best thing to do for the child would be to shoot him where he lays, so he won’t have to go through the horror of becoming a LIFE mind.” Cale ended on a silent note, knowing that it didn’t matter what he said. Kelsey wouldn’t leave the child there, and was likely to shoot him before she let Cale point a gun at the boy.

Cale sighed, “At least give me your gun, blasted woman, you won’t be able to use it, carrying him.”

Kelsey smiled thankfully at him. Once she had ascertained that the child was alive and nothing serious had happened to him, she handed Cale her gun and lifted the boy. He was a weight, but she had dealt with worse.

Cautiously they made their way out of the shop, their senses even more on the alert now. Who knew what would attract a LIFE mind. Once at her car, Kelsey jumped in the front passenger seat with the boy still in her arms and Cale took the wheel. Once seated and strapped, Cale started the ignition and got out of that place as fast as he could without totaling the car.

Once on the out skirts of the town they were able to breathe just a little bit easier. Kelsey looked down at the child in her arms and felt her heart ache. He looked so young and had nasty claw like gashes in his left shoulder. What on earth had he been doing in that god forsaken place? Maybe he had been looking for something. A parent, or sibling? Perhaps any sign of something he once knew. He could’ve been wandering aimlessly in search of who knew what. Luckily for him that he had been able to shoot that gun…The gun! Kelsey mentally kicked herself, how could she have been so stupid as to leave it behind? She and Cale could use all the weaponry they could lay their hands on.

“We almost there?” she asked, looking over at Cale who had been very silent since they had gotten the boy.

“Almost,” was his quiet and closed response. Kelsey winced, she knew not to probe any farther, and she could understand his lack of sentiment. For all she knew she’d have to shoot this child the instant he woke up. It was probably futile, but she couldn’t help but always hope for something good. It’s all she could do to keep her sanity and not just decide to kill herself after all that had happened to this hell wrecked place. Glancing in the rearview mirror, she felt a shudder creep up her spine. Dallas…they had been in the deepest outskirts of that once great and amazing city. Everyone knew about Dallas, and the Dallas Fort Worth metro-plex. Now…now it was a desecrated ruin, over run by filth, animals, and an unknown amount of LIFE minds.

Closing her eyes tightly and hugging the child to her, she tried to suppress the memories from coming back to her. Everything had been so horrible, all the screaming and bloodshed. The children crying and the mother’s screaming in horror. Everyone, everyone and everything. It was…it was so-...

“We’re putting him in a room the instant we get back, got that?” Cale’s quiet voice broke into the swirling ride of terror her mind had been taking her on. She glanced over at him and noticed that he wasn’t as tense anymore and that he had stopped clenching his jaw. She leaned slightly forward and held the child fiercely, hoping, always hoping. Her only response to Cale was a muffled grunt. This child would be ok, he had to be…

Dane came slowly awake. The last thing he remembered was the LIFE mind coming at him and that all he had been able to do was let off a wild shot. Had he hit it?

Consciousness came slowly back to him and with it was confusion. The last place he had been was a dilapidated old butcher’s shop. But as he looked up at the off white ceiling and smelled the (clean?) air. He knew he was not where his memory had left him.

Before doing anything, he slowly flexed his muscles, seeing if there was resistance, when there wasn’t he proceeded to sit himself up slowly. He winced slightly as the bandages shifted on his wound.

Wait..bandages? Looking at his shoulder he felt his eyes widen. Yes, bandages, his arm was bandaged. But, how? Had there been someone else in that pit of hades he had been wandering in? It was then that he noticed his clothes was different. The grey slacks and dirty coal black polo he had been wearing were replaced with clean, slightly worn blue jeans, and a soft cotton button down shirt, which had been left open.

Looking around the space he was in, he noticed it was a small room, a mirror was on the far wall from the bed and there was only a door as a way out. He instantly recognized it to be a rough made holding room. The kind used to test to see if someone had contracted the LIFE strain.

“Hey there you! I see you woke up finally, sleepy head,” Dane’s head snapped around in the direction of the mirror. His eyes widening slightly at the sound of the cheerful woman’s voice.

“Wow, aren’t we a smart one.” The cheery voice continued, “realized where you were instantly, huh?” with the last statement, a light was turned on in the room behind the mirror, and Dane was met with an unexpected and pleasant sight.

A young woman sat on the other side of the glass. Her rich, ebony black hair was cropped just below her ears, and framed her strong, heart shaped face. She had large, almost turquoise colored, eyes, with a small nose nestled gently between them. Her smile was warm and welcoming, and all in all, her whole presence was a shock to Dane.

Someone like that could still exist within the world of carnage he had been living in? He found himself just sitting on the bed, staring at her, at a complete loss for words.

After a few moments of silence, her smile turned a little nervous, and thus she decided to speak again; which only brought more surprise to Dane’s senses. The woman’s voice had a slight drawl to it, with a chipper twist thrown in.

“Sorry you have to be in there by yourself, but it’s only as a safety precaution, we have to make sure you’re alright before we let you out, ok sweetie?

We? She had said we, could that mean she had more people with her, or was she only using the word relatively?

Throwing out any thought of etiquette or manners, Dane spoke straight to the point.

“Do you mean ‘we’ as in there are more than just you watching me? Or perhaps you are only using it relatively? Please, do tell me. Am I dreaming or have I died and once again failed?”

At the sound of his voice, the lady had stiffened slightly, but he saw the strange emotion of relief flit across her face.

“well, you can talk, but what an interesting way for one your age to speak. My, you must’ve been the brightest in your class.”

Dane had to fight to keep from bursting out laughing. He knew if he did that she would only switch back to thinking that he had been infected with the LIFE strain. If only she knew his real affliction with life…

Welp, this is all I have for now. I hope you found it at least writer worthy? Even if it might've freaked you out. Please tell me what you think if you did read it!!!! Please?

God bless and I love you all!

Clementines?

Don't ask me what the title means. I long ago stopped caring on whether or not my titles will have ANYthing to do with the post. Does it really matter? Aren't the post titles just to get you drawn in to read the post? So, does not the word 'clementines' draw you in? It would me, just for the sheer fact of it's out of place randomness. (no, I don't know of a time when randomness had a place o.O)

I'm just writing thins because I want too! O>O Actually, because I haven't done a blog post in forever and I sorta miss it. I like knowing that some people actually take a little bit of time out of the insanity of their lives to read silly nonsense that comes out of my mind. It gives me proof that I really do exist and human life isn't another whim of my fantasies.

I don't really know what to post. An update you say? Well, I had a post for that, which I have tried to write 3 times already, and still don't have it written. **shrugs** oh well, I'll get it done eventually!
Won't I? **grins**

Uh...well I guess I could give you a sorta up date...
I FINALLY GOT TO MEET ADAM FACE TO FACE IN REAL LIFE!!!!! O.O *clears throat* ahem, as I was saying. Earlier this month Adam and I were finally able to meet each other in real life. He came to where I was at here in TN at this moment, and we spent 2 1/2 awesome days together! The most walks I've taken within a 2 1/2 day period of my life. We got to watch a few movies, some tv shows on netflix, and even went on a totally perfect and awesome date! Even if it was Taco Bell. But hey! Do I look like I care where it was at? I wouldn't have cared if we were eating at a Bozo's! (I fear I shall be the only person here who knows what a Bozo's is >.<) The point was, I was on a date, and it was with the most perfect guy in the world. It was cute and simple, just like us.
We talked, ate, and got to act like dorks and just be goofy. Which made it sweet, and romantic, in it's own way. We rented a couple movies and then headed back home.

**plays dramatic music** Then, on our way , I was surprised by something I was supposedly not supposed to be surprised at but was any ways. o.O

ADAM PROPOSED TO ME!!!!!!!! <3 :D <3 :D <3 :D <3 (I think I shall go into a freak fit again) :DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD
Ok, I didn't go utterly crazy girl on him when he proposed, I was quieter than even I expected of myself, but then again, I was just too happy for words. plus! It's not a traditional engagement present. You know how you're used to a ring, right??? Well, it's not a ring, it's a beautiful white gold necklace with a heart cut blue topaz gem as the centerpoint, and a small diamond above it. It's beautiful elegant and simple and I love it.
We don't plan on getting married for at LEAST a year. Which is nice. It gives us more time to feel and understand being engaged and to prepare for being married. Like both having jobs and saving up money! I should have a job soon! (pray for me!) So I'll be able to do the saving up part too. :P Also! I will hopefully be able to see Adam and his family soon. I just need to get a very simple yet also complicated matter on my side of things fixed. Which I AM going to do.

**takes a deep breath and lets it out** well, I shall bid you all (goodnight for me and good day for you) good bye, and until next time! I'll leave you with this music, by Falling Up, it's called "Third Lake" all instrumental.

God bless you all!

Prayer request

Earlier today Katie sliced open her toe while opening a door at Sears. She's in a lot of pain and has had to have 12 stitches. She will probably have her toe in stitches for a week. although at first it was thought that she had slice into the muscle and maybe into the bone, it turned out to thankfully be just her skin cut through, but it's still severe and she had a good deal of blood loss and won't be able to walk much for a week.

Please be praying for her and pray that she does not have any further troubles such as infections.

The day after

Survivor's Log: Wednesday May 25 2011, 0800

The first day following the event, I look out there and see all the damage the storms have done and I am horrified. The most noticeable thing is how green everything is, it's unnatural for Texas to be green, everyone knows that it's brown this time of year; just another memory of the damage done by this apocalyptic event.

The heat is having its effect on the survivors. The A/C cut out, likely do to extensive damage;our A/C tech seems to be fairly incompetent in getting it running. It's been weeks since I've felt cold air, and now we are facing the hottest days just ahead.

I think it is fair to mention that our current hiding location has held up nicely during the event, but reports are coming in from all over the nation that other places were not so lucky, I sit back to myself and ponder this while we plan on how to move forward; how anyone can move forward.

The tornadoes have skipped our lands, but the straight winds of last night blew through our home and kicked up rain inside. We were fortunate to get the doors closed before the house was flooded.

No word on Kinderline, my Girlfriend up north. I haven't heard from her in days, and I am starting to lose hope that I will, but I must push forward anyway, and make my best efforts to struggle through these hard times.

Most of the stores have survived the event, which means supplies might be getting scarce over the next few days. People surely will be rushing for supplies as soon as they hit the shelf, the raving paranoids who think that the world is gonna end; if they could just look around they would realize it just did.

The survivors holed up here have constructed a small garden though i look at it and I'm pretty sure it won't supply us with a decent amount of food.
I must go, I have a dog to take care of, and we all must construct a plan, a plan to rebuild, a plan to move forward after this terrible event.

This is the first log by Adam Brewer following the great storm of May 24th 2011.

ok yeah this was overly dramatic, and while there was a big storm last night, I would nowhere near call it appocolyptic. just so you all are informed, yes a good deal of this is just made up, but there are some truthful elements, the Grass is unusually green for this time of year, Our A/C did cut out, and we do have a small garden, the also was a large storm last night that yes did kick up water into our home, but that was because we had left the doors open to vent. the storm blew up really fast and we wound up closing things before too much damage was done.

Also true that I have not heard From Kindy in like 5 days. I miss her a good deal, and she is going through a rough time to say the least, if you all could be praying for her I would greatly appreciate it.

I believe that is all for now, I'll try to be posting more often, I will keep doing these Music Mondays, and I am working on a secret project right now that might bring back some interest in this blog.

The first Music Monday

Yes, The absence of Kindy makes this a sad time to start a new blog event, but from now on every Monday i shall do a new song.

1 YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!

OHMYGOODINESS!!!!! :D :D :D
Guess what!? Guess what!? Guess what!?
It has been one year since my totally awesome boyfriend tricked me into telling him how I felt. **grins** But you know what? That was the best trick in all my life I have ever fallen into. I'd give you statistics and odds about the chances of us meeting each other like we did (on a mutual friends blog o.o). I'll let m'Goof give you those.

<3 <3 I LOVE YOU ADAM BREWER <3 <3

Yeah I know, I sound like a hyper goofy girl in love. But, guess what? I am. **grins** If you have any worries that I'm just in happy pappy la la land about being in love and what not, just read my post below m'Goof's mother's day one. I know love and being in love is tough thing. Heck, we had a tough week leading up to this. But guess what? We survived. And we're both stronger, more knowledgeable, and better equipped because of it. :)

So, let me be giddy, I think I deserve that much :P
And yes, I know probably none of you are doing any sort of arguing with me right now, but, I'm insane, ok? **giggles** Hopefully everybody knows that already... o.o (; foh shame if ya don't.

Anyways, I must say. This past year has been the most amazing year of my life. It's been a roller coaster of emotions and happenings. God gave me a gift last year, on May 14th 2010 late at night. And I cherish it with my life. More like, I cherish him with my life. I praise God everyday for Adam. Through hard times, and through good times. I don't know who I would be today if God hadn't had me blow his ears out ;) Or if God hadn't had him break down my walls (I still don't remember letting him have the sledge hammer though :P).

Adam is, my Beloved Noble Defender. And he'll be taken, forever, so, neener neener :D (I am so mature :P you can blame him ;) **giggles**)

So, I say ttfn to you, tah tah for now!

Mothers day

Well it's mothers day, looks like a lot of other days. hmmm, well happy mothers days, and don't except any wooden puppies from strangers you don't know.
I guess I'm supposed to post pictures of flowers, but I'm not very good at that, so I picked a few other mothers day type pics for the blog post

hmm this still doesn't seem like mothers day....

I Know!

perfect.

Forever

Wow, it has been like forever since I have made a blog post. I bet you all were beginning to believe that i had disappeared on you, weren't yah? Well, have no fear, Kindy is here! ;)
<----(see the pretty picture??? I made that on picnik.com :D)

Well, aside from being my normal abnormal self. I'm doing great! I'm in a relationship with the most awesomest man on earth. He's funny, caring, nutty, tells lame jokes, is a computer geek (which is great for a technical don't person like me). He comforts me when I'm down. He doesn't coddle me, but gives it to me straight from both sides. Oh yeah, I know what you're thinking, I'm painting him as the 'perfect' guy. Well, he's not, that's one thing I know. Neither am I. No one is.

Just cause I say all these nice things about him (did I forget to mention he's both handsome and adorable??? check out the banner at the top of the blog!) doesn't mean he never gets on me nerves or anything like that. Cause, trust me, he DOES. There are times when I out and out want to strangle him, or whack him back side of his head for some thing. But then again, who am I to talk? I bet there are plenty of times when he wants to do the same too me :P lolz

But hey, isn't that what love is? You keep going, you keep caring, no matter what? When that person does everything perfect for you, you love them. When they do everything wrong and you want to shove them off a cliff. You love them.

However, you don't get off easy here. You don't continue to love them just by saying "I love you". Nu-uh, it's not that easy. You love them by doing that job they couldn't get, and DON'T shove it in their faces. If you're going to do it for them, do it and swallow whatever it is that would cause you to be a smart aleck about it. Unless you think it's worth it being a jerk and causing wounds that need never exist?

Love is there, even when it might not be wanted. Love is there when you're up, and when you're down. Love is there when you don't want to do that stupid little thing that would make the person you love really happy for a reason you don't understand.

Love isn't all peachy, fuzzy, warm. Love is easy and love is tough. Love is going to give you joy beyond belief, and it's gonna tear you to pieces in a way you never thought. When you love you can't keep the walls up anymore. For love to be, you gotta give all and show all. The ugly and the beautiful. The wanted and the unwanted.

Love is doing something when you don't have a chance of ever getting something back from it. Love is doing something not because you want to, not because you have to, and not because you should. Love is doing something because you 'will'. Because you're willing to fight for it. You're willing to give all for it. No should, would, could, shall, or can. It's about will. Will, you do it? Are you WILLing to fight?

And now, that is all I have to say for that right now, and I don't even know where the all came from. How do I do that? Oh, and a note to keep in mind, this is all from my mind and is all my opinions and thoughts. I have no philosophical degree to back me up. All I got is my heart and one thing that's been shown to me. Jesus dying on the cross for our wretchedly pathetic lives that should be forever damned to the pits of hell. He LOVED us enough to come to earth (willingly) and die for us. He didn't do it because he had to. Not because he could. Most definitely not because he should've.

The only part I'm a bit befuddled on is, did he do it just because he wanted to? I'm not quite so sure about that. If he REALLY wanted to die, why would he pray for the cup of pain and suffering to pass from him? You know what I think, I think he did it because he loved us and was freely willing to do his father's will. And because he was willing to save our pathetic hides, even the whole while we mocked and turned away from him. He loved and loves us. He was willing to die. And he never in all eternity had to. God could've easily remade us all and just wiped the earth clean. But, he was willing to send his son, and his son was willing to come and die. Praise God for all the chances we get to love to one another and show love to him. It will never be the same as what he did. But we're getting the feeling of it, even when it causes us to cry or want to run away. Forever God loves, should not we follow suit?

(disclaimer: this has nothing to do with any present state of my emotions, I was merely rambling on and on about this because it felt like I might've been on to something, if you think so in any way, please, do give me your comments and critique of of my thoughts)

God bless~

Me and Kindy made a short story that used words from a scrabble game that we made up words in. I also updated the website, so tell us what you think.

You'll also notice we have a new template.

this is the word list:

Galinolen
Sereruq
Davop
Goaxenhy
Fasos
ICOGERS
AINITOA
 TEUVER
BOCLIX
MITRE

Teuver took a deep breath and uttered a prayer under his breath before turning around the tree. Nothing on the forest floor was moving, but he was sure he had heard a noise before. Davop was holding his crossbow and was checking as well, but Teuver felt almost alone in this absolute silence. One look though told him the path to the old castle was clear of patrols, at least for the moment
“Teuver,” Davop spoke in hushed tones, “Are you sure we have enough mitre left to escape once we free Fasos?” Teuver silently shook his head. They were going to have to wing this.
“We’re Boclix, we can get through this. That what our trainer always said: Once in trouble...”
“Shut up Teuver, and get with the program.” Davop said, and walked forward into the sunlight. he could see the castle looming over them in its old dusty walls.
“Let’s do this.” Teuver said, and fired off his rope from the crossbow in his hand.
Davop scowled behind Teuver’s back. Annoying little hot shot, that’s what Teuver was. One moment he was going to go off on a babbling spree about their old mentor, the next he was acting like he had actually been paying attention. Oh well, Davop pushed it out of his head. It didn’t matter; they had a mission to do, they couldn’t afford petty stupidity on his part. Following suit with Teuver, he too let his rope loose. Within moments they were both expertly scaling Ainitoa Castle’s walls, which would lead them to the heart of Sereruq City.
They got onto the walls, and crouched down, hoping they had not been spotted. Teuver looked around and thought that the guards must have been at lunch, just as Davop had said they would. He took in a deep breath.
“The dungeon is below the barracks, if they are eating then they are guarding it thoroughly.” Teuver muttered quietly.
“They would have a second door within the stronghold, but getting there would require a distraction, we have to get as close as possible and then one of us fire off a Mitre to the barracks and see if the other can get in.” Davop said.
“Sounds risky.” Teuver said.
“Life is risky boy, you’re faster so I’ll fire off the Mitre, you get yourself to the dungeon once the coast is clear. I’ll fire off a second once you have Fasos.” Davop Said, and loaded the explosive Mitre into his crossbow. Teuver took in a deep breath and hoped he was gonna make it out alive.
Davop kept an eye on the barracks, while watching Teuver silently make his way across to a small, seemingly unwatched, door that led into the strong hold. Teuver stopped in the shadows near the door. He was only five quick strides away. He gave the signal, and Davop shot the mitre at the barracks. A crack, like a clap of thunder sounded, smoke and flame erupted everywhere. Davop had lost sight of Teuver, but he was sure the kid had made it in. A bit showoffy he might be, but he made a dang good Boclix warrior. Davop let a grim smile cross his face, then returned his attention to the chaos that was ensuing below at the barracks. Getting out of here alive was going to be one heck of a ride.
The guards were scattered, and the ones who were not burning inside were outside trying to put out the fire. The explosion was much larger than Davop expected, he almost wondered if he had hit a powder barrel. He put that thought aside as he went and hid in a safe place where no one would be looking. He could barely see anything, but at the moment that was a good thing. He took a deap breath and thought this was going too easy; as soon as he thought that though the horn blew letting the already shocked castle know there were intruders, and all Davop could suddenly think about was if they had caught Teuver.
Teuver heard the horn go off, it didn’t help his already racing heart. A whole heck of a lot more would be lost than just his life and Davop’s if he failed. Not to mention Fasos’ life would be gone too, and that was the most important one. Fasos had been acting as High Galinolen, which was a type of highly revered counciler amongst the kings court. The High Galinolen’s council trumped that of every other council man’s. But most importantly, he was let into the king’s circle of Icogers. Amongst this small group, rested the true power of the kingdom, with the king in charge. Every bit of information was heard and shared there, weaknesses, strengths, anything and everything. Fasos had been aquiring information from this group for the past three fortnights, then he had been found out. Teuver only hoped that the alarm being set off didn’t cause Fasos’ captors to decide to kill him on the spot, if that happened, everything would be lost. Teuver shook his head to clear these thoughts away. He couldn’t think like that, not now not ever. He was a Boclix warrior, and he was going to get his job done. If Fasos needed rescue, Fasos was going to be rescued. With that last thought, Teuver turned a bend in the halls, and found himself with a problem. A fork in the passage. Perfectly identical in every way...Which one led to Fasos?
He took the left rout, and found himself heading down a flight of stairs. He got to the bottom,a dn saw two guards getting armed, he pulled out a knife and threw it at the guard ont eh right, and then pulled out his crossbow and shot the other squarely in the chest. He looked around, but none of the prisoners looked like Fasos, and he started to worry that he had chosen the wrong rout.  then one man stood up and looked him in the eye, and Teuver knew it was Fasos, he pulled the keys off the wall and opened the cell.
“Hurry, the citadel guards will be here any time to execute all the spies.” Fasos whispered hoarsely.
“We’ll get you out long before they can arrive.” Teuver said, and unshackled Fasos, who stood up and seemed to be wobbly on his legs. Teuver helped him out fo the sell and took the black cloaks off the guards to cover themselves.
“We should be able to go unnoticed at a distance.” Teuver said. “Arm yourself.”
Teuver kept up a steady pace, despite Fasos’ weakend state. They needed to get out,  fast. They passed through the forked passage and began winding their way back along the path Teuver had taken. Teuver paused for a moment at a bend in one of the halls. Right was the direction he had come from, but that was risky. Fasos was weakened, and Teuver was beginning to think that it wasn’t just from from a possible few days starving. The way Fasos was leaning on him, made Teuver think the weakness had more to do with a wound. He was just about to check to see if it was somewhat safe, when he felt a hand on his shoulder. He looked back into Fasos’ deep set eyes, a question on his face. Fasos merely shook his head and inclined it in the other direction. It took Teuver less time than it took to blink to make his descion. He nodded in agreement to Fasos and headed in the other direction.
“Trust me on this,” Teuver merely nodded. His initial instincts were telling him no, considering the fact that this passage led deeper into into the castle. But hey, who had been here the longest? It sure wasn’t Teuver and he was going to trust Fasos. It was the wise and mature thing to do..and heck, the least likely to get them blasted for the time being.
Davop watched as the guards became so disorganized that they were fighting each other. he was pretty sure chaos had set in fully, and his work was done. He ran  for the building and leaped into he window. Teuver had taken too long, so now it was Davop’s turn to get Fasos out of trouble. He was running down the empty halls when he and Teuver literally collided into each other. the two sprawled over the floor, but regained themselves quickly.
“Where were you?” Davop asked.
“Fasos lead me this way instead of the way I went.” Teuver said.
“Well duh, this way is closer to the walls.” Davop said. “Come on.”
They all got out of the window, and Davop looked to see if the coast was clear, and then they all ran along the wall, and headed for their ropes. When he got there though he saw they had been severed. He and Teuver looked at each other.
“We got to get him to the gate.” Teuver said.
“No too risky.” Davop said.
That moment they looked at each other though stopped as Davop felt a thud in his chest, and a yell about the spy. He looked down and saw an arrow, and the next thing he knew he was falling, he was twirling through the air, and then everything went black.
Teuver had to bite his lip till he tasted blood to keep himself from screaming. With a sudden twist he turned Fasos around and began running pell mell across the wall. They needed another way down. The gate was too risky. He needed get Fasos out no matter what. That was the only thing that kept him from turning back to his foes and charging them with everything he had. Unfortunately any thought of even thinking about avenging Davop was quelled as he felt a sudden heavy weight jerk his arm. He stopped instantly and turned to see that Fasos had dropped, his arm tightly wrapped around his abdomen.
“Get up,” Teuver urged, his voice surprisingly steady.
“I...I can’t,” Fasos gasped, a spasm of pain passing through his body. Teuver looked at him in horror. what on earth did he mean he couldn’t go on? Everything would be lost if Fasos couldn’t deliver his information. Teuver reached down and grabbed Fasos by his under arms, ignoring the man’s sharp intake of breath. Adrenaline surging through him, Teuver swiftly placed Fasos on his back and made his way for the west wall. He knew a way out from there...
he ducked behind a couple small buildings and loaded his crossbow. at that point he shot the first guard int he chest,a nd got to the side door int he castle. He hated trying to squeeze through, but after a minute he was able to get the two of them through safely. He set a Mitre on the floor, and closed the door so that if anyone ran in, they would set it off. He knew he was in the home stretch, but his back was wearing out from carrying Fasos, so he tried to make it to a tree. The guards seemed to have lost his trail for the moment, but it wouldn’t take them long. Once he made it to the trees he slid down and collapsed behind one. He laid Fasos on the ground and opened his robe the side.
“Careful.” Fasos said.
There was a gaping wound there, and Teuver knew he had to bandage it fast.
“This comes from the guards, they thought they killed me.” Fasos said. “Maybe they did.”
“Don’t talk like that.” Teuvar said while pulling out a bit of cloth from his satchel. he wrapped it tightly around Fasos side; then he stood up to see where the guards were.
One look and he quickly ducked behind the tree again. His heart threatening to leave his body, Teuver prayed he hadn’t been seen. He took another peek, this time moving much more cautiously. He let out a silent sigh of relief. He decided to make a note to himself, high adrenaline rushes could cause slight hallucination. He looked down at Fasos, the man was extremely pale. Great, how was he supposed to get him to safety now? Fasos was staring at Teuver intently, which slightly unnerved him.
“What?” Teuver asked, crouching low his voice barely a whisper. Fasos reached with one hand and pulled something out from beneath his jerkin.
“I was afraid this might happen, so I made sure I had a back up,” he stated, handing Teuver a small cylindrical object.  Teuver looked at it, it reminded him of the secret message cylinders that only higher up Boclix warriors handled. He looked again at Fasos fumbling around with a ring on the middle finger of his right hand.
“Here, take these,” Fasos said, handing Teuver the ring to go along with the cylinder. “Keep them hidden on you...just in case.” Fasos instructed. Teuver gave him a look of defiance.
“We’re going to make it and that’s that, even if I have to carry you ever mitre blasted step of the way.” Teuver stated, unbridled determination setting his face. Lifting Fasos, slightly gentler than before, he made his way as swiftly and silently through the forest. He didn’t plan on being the only one to survive this mission. He would complete it. Nonetheless, he still took the cylinder and decoder ring, he wasn’t stupid, he planned on being prepared for anything, no matter how grim circumstances might begin to look.
He picked up Fasos again, and started to run for the bridge. there were guards now waiting there, so he decided to avoid the bridge, once he was across the bridge they would be fools to pursue him through the old forest, but he had to get there. he walked down to the river.
“DO you think you can swim?” Teuver asked. Fasos shook his head, and so Teuver grabbed him carefully.
“Hang on, I’ll get you across.” Teuver said, and dived into the water. eh did not expect the current to carry him so hard though, and he nearly lost control of Fasos, but he started making his way towards shore. They passed under the bridge just before reaching the shore, which made Teuver nervous and hoped no one saw him. They did however see him, but did not shoot immediately.
Teuver froze, the cold water swirling around his and Fasos’ bodies. The guards on the bridge were hesitant, fear flickered in their eyes. It took all of Teuver’s ability not to let a smile of triumph cross his lips yet. He wasn’t safe still standing there in the water. He needed to get to at least the edge of the trees. but before that, he needed to get out of the water. Teuver took a hesitant step back towards the old forest. Unlike anybody else who went through the old forest, Teuver knew what he was getting himself into. Davop would’ve called him insane for even thinking it, but Teuver knew the forest far better than anyone he had ever met, and he knew it far better than anyone would ever have thought he could know. Teuver took two more slow steps back, bringing him to only a yard from the edge of the woods and a whole foot out of the water. The guards hand jerked, but still he looked fearfully back and forth between Teuver and the forest. He was a young guard, no doubt willing to do anything to get in good with his commanding officers. Nevertheless, Teuver knew the look of someone who had been fed on tales of the old forest hand in  hand with his food, from infancy on up. Teuver decided to take another gamble. He backed up out of the water quickly, then dashed sideways, scuttling like a crap into the dark leafy foliage. Once behind the greenery he didn’t wait, and it was a good thing, arrows were already flying. Teuver moved swiftly and as steadily as he could with Fasos’ weight on his back. He knew where to head, and he planned on getting there. The arrows might be flying, but he knew the most he might have to worry about was a few soldiers daring enough to follow.

Villainy

Villainy is one of those subject that gets radical opinions. But from a Christian perspective, most people declare those who go against the laws of the bible as villains, which, while that makes us sinners, I’m not sure that’s what constitutes as villainy, though it’s a good start; so far I’ve yet to have seen a villain who was without sin…. That would be the weirdest and most difficult idea for a villain ever.

Ok back on my trail of thought: Villains spark some kind of emotion, a villain can not be really a villain without sparking an idea that what they are doing is wrong; or can they? Some of the greatest villains in real life were people who were originally thought to be heroes, look at Hitler, the man was pretty much worshiped in Germany.

So, what is a villain? That’s my problem that I’ve been dealing with lately, Sometimes those who are portrayed as heroes really are villains, and quit often it works the other way too, so I started anylizing villainy not at the black and white obvious, but the grey, who are the souls who lie in between the war of good and evil.

The Anti-hero, and the sympathetic villain. These are both loved in modern story telling as it is more dimensional than: “I’m evil, I wear Red, FEAR ME!!!!” Not that having a 2dimensional villain is always bad, it just isn’t as thought provoking as a three dimensional one. Same goes for heroes, if they all are just “Good good blabbity blabbity get the girl kill the bad dude….” See my point? People like deep stuff…

Problem is, anti-hero and sympathetic villain can be interchangeable. I will take Doc Ock for example. He’s a sympathetic villain who’s lost his wife, and balmes spiderman, so he goes out to…. Kidnap Mary Jane, and rebuild the machine so that mankind can have free energy….

Ok kidnapping bad, he robs a bank, bad….. this si getting really hard here people, in return he’s gonna give us unlimited energy, world peace, and oh right, those really cool arm things could help the disabled.

Oh wait the machine goes wrong, his calculations wer a little off HE WAS SO CLOSE!!!! Seriously, had spider-man came up to him and went: “Hey dude, I had an idea, the generators failed last time, so I was thinking, lets make the reaction smaller, and the field bigger….”
….
….
….
Oops, yeah… villain gone, hero born.

Lets look at the flipside.

Wolverine tormented as a child, loses his family, tortured by his arch nemesis Sabertooth forever, and um loses his memory….
So in return he puts his dark side behind and goes around saving people in bad situation right?
No that’s the 80s incredible hulk.
This is wolverine, keep it straight.
Wolverine goes around killing people who tormented him, or maiming them, or threatening to kill them, then years later killing them. He’s gained loyal family, but um, ditched them in favor of random killing sprees and anger management issues.
(Ok he’s helped out people in bad situations too, and he’s even taken care of others, but without fail he’ll be on the road fighting some blood bath soon enough)

ARGH!!! It doesn’t make sense, Wolverine’s an anti hero, Doc Ock’s a sympathetic villain, but on the surface they should be opposites!
So….
Ugh.
Ok this is hard, no one knows where the grey line is, so here, I’ll define it FOR everyone.

Villains are those who do wrong, and continue to do wrong, it’s not that they can’t escape their one mistake, it’s that they choose to live in it, and continue it. They become the antagonist, and drive forward into further sin and chaos
Hero’s are those who rise above their possible darkness, and even if they start out bad, they WILL stand for what is right. They will not let themselves fail time and time again

My point behind this? Well honestly but I’ve had a villain for a while, and I’ve not known what to do with him.

The truth is: he’s my oldest villain, in every sense. He was derived from a villain I made when I was four, and the guy is 4,000 years old. He’s evil, and charming, and has light blue eyes, and long blond hair. He looks like an angel, but oh my goodness is he evil. He starts his story by killing his family, removing the protection from his kingdom, and starting his own kingdom. He has his people worship him, perform human sacrifices before him, he kills when he feels like it, but you never know when he’s gonna feel like it, he might kill 12 guards in one week during a time of peace, but when they are losing a war, he’ll be calm, almost kind to his guards.

Figured it out? He’s Devioun. And he was derived from a very early creation of mine. I consider him my most evil character besides possibly Sinner, but whereas Sinner is focused on one man, Devioun is concentrated on everyone. He’s studied witchcraft of all forms, but has never been satisfied, he’s a scientist, but uses his devices and creations to control others. He darks to the dark Spirits, and is even allies with a few, and he has the largest country under his thumb.

Sounds like I’ve got him down pat right? Wrong. Truth is, he’s always been stable in who he is, it’s his position in the hierarchy that is out of whack. In the early pre Devioun days he had a witch who was ugly and cast spells for him, and he was the science guy. Well I gave him her powers, and so he became a sole leader.

Then I brought in the Dark Spirits to the world, it gave a truly gritty and believable edge to his magic, but it also was a threat to him, someone who held his puppet strings. His greatest Ally: Skorpukeil, who in all honesty was supposed to be both a replacement for the witch, and the Devil himself. Bad move as Devioun’s threat goes right out the door when someone bigger and badder than him is in charge, so I made Skorpukeil weak, but that brought in the question: Who WAS in charge?

I created Sklurn, new Satan, and he was a lot better at it, but here’s the catch: Sklurn was again too good, taking away from Devioun, and hampering the story.

So what do I do? I’ve done every rebalancing I can think of, and still I am stuck nowhere.

I came up with another idea, Devioun was supposed to be the main bad guy, and he’s an ultimate evil, why is he not the devil of their universe? Sklurn is so OBVIOUS and cliché it’s not funny, and Skorpukeil is a laughable puppetmaster, so why not Devioun being the real leader. They all thought he was their puppet, but he had some trick up his sleeve, that made him the master of all evil?

Suddenly the doors open up. What if someone took the idea of man being the highest creation of all, both physical and spiritual, and suddenly twist it, He’s taken over everything, and he abuses all power. He controls the Dark Spirits, giving them but the illusion of power and freedom, but he’s more like a controlling master. Then with his people and animals he uses his dark arts to make them worship him, and give themselves for him./

It’s to me, perfect, really, what if Satan was a man, and used every element of his being to destroy all creation? Would he be worse, or Better than a Spiritual Satan?

That is why DEVIOUN will be the new master of all evil. Sklurn was bad to the bone, but he was not a good villain, Skorpukeil acts more like an angry secretary than plot master, and Devioun is a cunning methodical planner with a creative sense of destruction and horror.

Whoa

This post is kinda a status update, kinda catch up on everything, part insanity, part prayer request.

As you all know I took a month long break from all Social Media, and Tried to focus on real life. I will be the first to tell you: Real Life happened. My Baby Brother was born, and as you all probably know already, is quite healthy. He's an easy going baby that doesn't fuss much. At around the same time we bought a Wii and I like it, I am gonna be exercising using it, so lets hope it works.
Also in all of this I have barely gotten any work done on Theodore's Gate, Sorry about all the delays, but I got hit by A) Real life and B) Writer's block.

I'm soon gonna be getting my driver's Permit (YAY!)
Um,
um,
right, ok I need to talk about the Prayer request, surely all of you have heard about Japan and the tsunami and Reactor troubles they've had. Kinderline had an Exchange student friend who lives in Japan, and Even Though I don't know Akari, Kinderline knew her and liked her quite a bit, so Please be praying that she made it out ok. I don't know if Kindy's had any contact with her, as I haven't been in contact with Kindy in a few days.

This brings me to prayer request #2, Kindy's family has been house hunting for weeks, and they are about out of time, this is a stressful time for her family for multiple reasons, I can't go into details, but she needs prayer support too, thank you all.

Greatest VIllains of all time

Um wow, what happened? I posted this and I just now found out the thing never posted, so here I am writing it again.

5. Doctor Doom
Doctor Doom has to be on this list just because he’s so good at what he does. Most supervillains have tried to take over the world, and then um, well, usually they either A, Die, or B, get thrown in jail.

Doctor Doom not so much, he’s the most successful of his kind, and that’s about it. He’s taken over a country turned it into a futuristic military powerhouse, and can bend other countries to his will by blowing them off the map. The only problem he has is that he’s frequently stopped by a bowl of jello, a pile of rocks, an imaginary friend, and a candle.

Defining moment: Taking over his home country and ruling it. Not only is he successful, but they see him as a super-hero, THAT’S success.

4. Two Face
Harvey Dent, shining hero of Gotham, and only man who will do what’s right no matter what happens to himself. Pour gasoline on half of his body light a match, add a crazy split personality, and you’ve got a great Super Villain.

Two face has two signature traits: Half his face is burned away or scarred up, depends on the artist, and he’s got a two headed coin with one side being damaged, and the other being perfect.

Two face flips this coin to decide someone’s fate. Frequently though; Havey’s psycho alter ego will twist his will on fate to kill someone. Like one time the coin didn’t land the way he wanted it to, so the guy got to not receive  bullet in his head, Harvey then flips again, and shoots a crate suspended by rope down on him. Two Face feeds off of chaos, and sees chance as being our only judge in life. Combine that with his obviously creepy looks, and you’ve got one scary villain.

Defining moment: Harvey fighting two face off to not kill Batman, Two face tried to find some way using the coin, but time and time again, it landed on good heads until he finally broke down and ran away.

3. Iron Monger

Iron man’s best and shortest lived villain. The Iron Monger was made by Obadiah Stane, which actually is the climax of their little battle. Leading up to that Obadiah Stane tried to perform a hostile takeover of Stark Industries, which was at the time fairly easy because Stark had gone just about mad drinking all the time, and had given up being Iron Man.

Obadiah nearly succeeded, but there was one thing he learned that made him even greedier, he found out Iron Man was Tony Stark, so he with the help of a few others, set out to steal the Iron Man tech. He did so successfully, and proceeded to make a giant super weapon version of Iron Man, he literally became a tank on legs. When Tony Stark was facing death, he put back on the suit that he had given up, and the two wound up fighting in a confrontation on Stane Industries’ rooftop. In a lucky Blow Iron Man kills Iron Monger.

Defining Moment: The Entire Story Arc was epic, but unlike other super villains who get an epic first  story and then fade, Obediah didn’t have that opportunity, when they killed him, they killed him for good, though his psychotic cyborg son does later vow revenge, and continues the Stark-Stane war. So sadly his defining moment was his death.

2. Bane

ok first, let me tell all you who saw Batman and Robin: THAT WAS NOT BANE!
Ok, I’m calm now. Most people who saw the infamous Batman & Robin Movie would think that Bane is a professional wrestler who has Kool-aid pumped into his brain, and runs around grunting while smashing things that most of us could do anyway. Bane was unimpressive and well, lame.

Bane of the Comic who’s name they tried so hard to tarnish, however stand out as one of Batman’s greatest enemies, and responsible for his greatest story arc: Knightfall

Basically the story boils down to: Bane was a child serving his father’s prison sentence because ehis father either escaped, or died, or both, can’t remember, but basically Bane was born and raised in a prison. That’s just for starters, but this really doesn’t ruin Bane as much as we would think, one would think he would become a psycho, but really he becomes quite intelligent, he taught himself how to read, and he could figure out most problems, one would think he was a nerd, but again he actually built up his body so he was the strongest man there; I know what you are all thinking: so this guy is a jerk right? He’s totally evil right? NO, he’s polite, has a sense of honor, and prefers a fair fight to a one sided match.

Well fast forward to modern times, secret super soldier formula being tested, and Bane is selected because he was seen as expendable. He survives, but the Super Soldier formula known as Venom is required to constantly be feed into his body, he’s extremely addicted, but it gets worse, he’s now freakishly strong. It’s essentially a steraroid though, and it only amplifies his tremendous streangth, it doesn’t turn him into say: the Hulk.

They put Metal plates under his skin, and so by making him bullet proof, they make him the ultimate solder, so he does what any sensible wrongfully imprisoned person does when they are given super strength and invulnerability: he busts out.

He goes in search of Batman who I believe is somehow to blame for some of the previous events, though I don’t know for sure. He like immediately figures out Bruce Wayne is Batman, and does what every Super Villain before him should have tried: Set loose everyone in Arkham Asylum.

So he does, and Batman spends 3 months with barely any rest rounding back up. When Batman returns for the last time, he finds Bane in the Bat cave. The two confront each other, and then they fight for a while, leading up to Bane snapping Batman’s spine.

And That’s how it goes, Batman was beaten by Bane thoroughly, and Bane did it in the simplest most sensible way a super villain could. Unfortunately after Knightfall all the Other Bane Stories got progressively worse, but most anyone who’s heard of the best Dark Knight Stories has heard of Knightfall.

Defining Moment: Breaking Batman’s spine.

1. Green Goblin
The badest villain of them all. He is evil, insane, and a genius, and has been responsible for some of the greatest Spiderman story-arcs.

When Green Goblin first showed up he was just a mad industrialist who preformed the experiment on himself because he ran out of time, and he was one day away from losing everything. The Serum made him go absolutely insane, and he took just every weapon he had, and themed it after a cheesy haunted house. Ok The Green goblin’s Pumpkin bombs, razor bats, and the Bat-glider are all pretty lame, but it’s the man behind the mask that makes it all cool.

Green Goblin tortured Peter By hunting down his loved ones one by one, and kidnapping them and dangling them from high places, he scared the life out of Peter at every turn, and he was one of those few villains that when he got henchmen, he armed them properly. It was oftena  lot of work for Peter to fight all the traps and trick Goblin would set up before he could confront Goblin himself.

But it gets worse, Green Goblin has tricked fellow villains into fighting each other, and sometimes other heroes to draw out Spiderman, and take him by surprise. Every time he was pulling out something new, and every time he was doing something more evil than the last.

Finally their one sided battles lead to Goblin tossing Peter’s long time girlfriend, and probably future wife off a bridge, and letting spider-man save her, only he couldn’t and her spine snapped. The green Goblin won that day, and thoroughly broke Peter.

After that the battles got even more personal as Peter was often finding it hard not to kill Goblin until they finally had such a fast paced battle, that Peter leaped out of the way one time as the glider was approaching, and he looked up to see Norman Osborn dead by his own machine.

Later Norman Osborn literally smashes his way out of his grave, and proceeds to go back to his insane ways. He kidnapped his own grandson this time and nearly killed him, along with tricking Peter into thinking his Aunt died.

Defining Moment: It’s hard to choose just one, Norman Osborn is such a brilliantly evil person that  almost all of his stories wind up epic, but if I were to choose one, I would choose the Death of Gwen Stacy: Peter’s Girlfriend. It was one of the defining moments in Comic book history, and had the largest impact on the character of Spiderman other than the Death of Uncle Ben.

AAAAAAAAAAAGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!!

AGH! OF ALL DAYS NOT TO BLOG I DIDN'T BLOG YESTERDAY!!!! Not only was it Valentines day (which really is just an overrated thing to sell chocolate and flowers) It was mine and Adam's 9 month anniversary! We haven't killed eachother in 9 months! **grins**

Ok, we might not kill eachother anyways :P Maybe some zombie cyborgs, purple elephants, dropping eachother into giant whipcream pools, or splashing mud on people and then hosing them down with the yard hose **snickers**

Anyways, I just thought I'd post today then! And besides, I haven't posted in forever! Yesterday was a pretty good day. I got to talk to Me Nightengale on the phone! Eventhough it was only for a short time, it was good, I think I want to talk to her again tonight! And then of course Adam after her :) HE'S MINE AND THE TOASTER CAN'T HAVE HIM! **giggles**

Anywho, Valentines was just a pretty normal day for me yesterday. I didn't even get any chocolate! O.O **gaspers** lolz, I actually didn't mind it though. Funny huh? I got mumsie some red carnations and some chocolate the day before yesterday for her valentines day though. I liked that a lot more. Plus! The day before yesterday, I finally got a day out with my two awsome bffs! (i have more than one or two bffs by the way ;) ) And the first thing we did, was go to a nursing home to visit a lady that Tessa had helped take care of for a while. Her name was Mary Lee, but we just called her gram. It was so much fun! Plus while we were there we got the idea to get her some stuff for valentines day, because her room didn't have any decorations, aside from a few pictures. It was stilll a very nice nursing home though! One of the best I've seen, plus the nurses there were actually really kind to the residents! And patient, and they interacted with them, they were nice to Tessa, Sarah and I as well.

Anywho, we went to the store and came back with some window decorations for Gram, and some nuts, because she loves cashews, and we got her a rose. She liked the rose and the nuts the best. Plus! When we left we gave her a hug and she smiled for us! Tessa said that's not normal for her because she's normally a bit grumpy. So the fact that we were able to make her smile made us three exstactic! :D

Here's a pic of Me, Sarah, Tessa, and Gram! (Gram is holding her rose)

Welp, that's all for now! Godbless and I hope you guys all have a great day!

Kindy out~
